By fostering understanding, trust, respect and cooperation between the business and government sectors, Senator Carper has benefited the country as a whole and has made significant contributions to the development of sound public policy.
Joel Jankowsky	Mr. Joel Jankowsky received the Business-Government Relations Award for his significant contributions to the advocacy profession through his life long career as an exemplary role model.

Both honorees embody the qualities of integrity, dedication and performance which epitomized the career of Bryce Harlow and are the marks of professionalism in both business and government.
